Well, I think you need to be active what the staff said. It's important that staff is active, so we need to test you for it.
And I think the server needs to be online for test it, because you want to be Admin.

also, you're denied to be admin, forgot to mention that, but you still have a chance to become event GM

You can't become admin just like that, you need to prove your loyalty and be here for a couple of years before we can give out admin positions like that.
